The new owners are a seasoned team with a long history of building guest experience and payment applications within the travel industry. The new leadership is committed to advancing Chicostay's vision, focusing on the need for channel and Property Management System (PMS)-agnostic digital solutions that can automate many of the current, often expensive and ineffective, hotel processes.
